        <body>
            <p>
                MY soul's full of glory which fires my tongue,<lb/>
                Could I meet with angels I'd sing them a song,<lb/>
                I would sing of my <name type ="religious">Jesus</name> and tell of his charms;<lb/>
                And bid them to bear me to his loving arms.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                Methinks they are assembling to hear what I sing,<lb/>
                Well pleas'd to hear mortals a praising their King;<lb/>
                Oh Angels! O Angels! my soul's in a flame,<lb/>
                I sing in sweet raptures of <name type ="religious">Jesus's</name> name.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                Sweet spirit attend me till <name type ="religious">Jesus</name> shall come,<lb/>
                Prote&amp;t and defend me till I'm convey'd home,<lb/>
                Tho' the worms my poor body may claim as their prey;<lb/>
                'Twill out shine when rising, the sun at noon day.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                The sun shall be darken'd, the moon turn'd as blood,<lb/>
                The world all on fire with the vengeance of <name type ="mythological">God</name>.<lb/>
                While light'nings and flashings, and thunders do roar,<lb/>
                Undaunted I'll triumph on fair <placeName>Canaan's</placeName> shore.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                The smiles of bright glory appear on my soul,<lb/>
                I sink in bright visions, I view the bright goal;<lb/>
                My soul while I'm singing is leaping to go,<lb/>
                This moment for heaven I'd leave all below.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                Farewell my dear Brother, the <name type ="mythological">Lord</name> bids me come,<lb/>
                Farewell my dear Sister I'm now going home;<lb/>
                Bright angels are whispering so sweet in my ear.<lb/>
                Away to my <name type ="symbolic">Saviour</name> the spirit shall steer.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                I'm going, I'm going, but what do I see?<lb/>
                'Tis <name type ="religious">Jesus</name> in glory, appears unto me,<lb/>
                To heaven, to heaven, I'm going, I'm gone!<lb/>
                All glory! oh glory! 'tis finish'd-'tis done.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                To the regions of glory the spirit has fled,<lb/>
                And left the frail body ina&amp;tive and dead-<lb/>
                With angelic armies, in glory to blaze,<lb/>
                On <name type ="religious">Jesus</name>' fair beauty for ever to gaze.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                When the seals are all open the trumpet shall sound.<lb/>
                And awake <name type ="mythological">God's</name> dear children that sleep under ground,<lb/>
                Their soul's and their bodies shall all join in one.<lb/>
                And each from their <name type ="symbolic">Saviour</name> receive a bright crown.<lb/></p>

            <p>LOVE TO <name type ="religious">CHRIST</name>.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                O <name type ="religious">JESUS</name> my <name type ="symbolic">Saviour</name>, to thee I submit,<lb/>
                With love and thanksgiving fall down at thy feet;<lb/>
                In sacrifice offer my soul, flesh and blood,<lb/>
                Thou art my <name type ="symbolic">Redeemer</name>, my <name type ="mythological">Lord</name> and my <name type ="mythological">God</name>.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                I love thee, I love thee, I love thee, my love,<lb/>
                I love thee, my <name type ="symbolic">Saviour</name>, I love thee, my dove;<lb/>
                I love thee, I love thee. and that thou dost know,<lb/>
                But how much I love thee, I never can show.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                All human expressions are empty and vain;<lb/>
                They cannot unriddle this heavenly flame:<lb/>
                I'm sure if the tongue of an angel were mine,<lb/>
                I could not this myst'ry compleatly define.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                I'm happy, I'm happy, O wond'rous account!<lb/>
                My days are immortal, I stand on the mount;<lb/>
                I gaze on my treasure; and long to be there,<lb/>
                With <name type ="religious">Jesus</name> and angels, my kindred so dear.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                O <name type ="religious">Jesus</name> my <name type ="symbolic">Saviour</name>, with thee I am blest!<lb/>
                My life and salvation, my joy and my rest!<lb/>
                Thy name be my theme, and thy love be my song;<lb/>
                Thy grace shall inspire my heart and my tongue.<lb/></p>

            <p>
                O, who's like my <name type ="symbolic">Saviour</name>? He's <placeName>Salem's</placeName> bright King!<lb/>
                He smiles and he loves me, and learns me to sing;<lb/>
                I'll praise him, I'll praise him, with notes loud and shrill,<lb/>
                While rivers of pleasure my spirit doth fill.<lb/></p>
